We aim to prepare and dispatch your Deewal order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently deliver Australia-wide using trusted delivery services.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50
- Shipping charges for orders under $50 are calculated and displayed at checkout
- Express shipping charges, when available, are displayed at checkout
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During promotional periods or other busy times, dispatch may take a little longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Perth metropolitan area: 2–5 business days
- Other Australian metropolitan areas: 3–8 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days
These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving the email.
Checking Your Delivery Address
Please check that your name and delivery address are correct before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@deewal.com.au. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
Deewal is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
Delivery Delays
If your tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information first.
